Brad Barritt
Founder & Managing Partner
Brad Barritt is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and former international rugby captain, bringing over 15 years of strategic leadership across fintech, venture building, FMCG, and impact investing. As Co-Founder of Magnitt Ventures, he leverages his deep understanding of early-stage business development, fundraising, and go-to-market execution to build and scale ventures across global markets.
Brad currently serves as Head of Africa and Executive Committee Member at Agridex International, where he led the first blockchain-based international coffee trade in partnership with his own coffee brand, Tiki Tonga. Previously, he was Managing Director for Strategic Partnerships at U.S. e-commerce startup ChaChing and Managing Director for Africa & Middle East at Pollinate International, a global fintech innovator. At Pollinate, he spearheaded commercial growth and partnerships with major banks across multiple regions.
In 2017, Brad co-founded Tiki Tonga Coffee, an award-winning coffee brand celebrated for its unique intersection of sport, health, and lifestyle. The company operates retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and commercial B2B services across the UK and South Africa, with partnerships including Nike, Guinness, FA, Team GB, and Saracens.
In addition to his commercial ventures, Brad is an active advisor and investor in biotech, property, and social impact funds, including Celtic Pharma Holdings and Inqo Social Impact Fund.
A former captain of Saracens RFC and capped 27 times for England Rugby, Brad’s leadership in elite sport has shaped his business philosophy—rooted in teamwork, resilience, and execution. He holds an MSc in Business Management (Univeristy of Hertfordshire UK), Distinction, Dean’s Award Winner in 2016 for Leadership with Impact. Brad remains passionate about innovation, collaboration, and building businesses that make a difference.
